Burgandy polyester taffeta with black velvet print, boned, off-the-shoulder bodice with back burgandy satin ribbon lacing through buttonholes, burgandy moire polyester taffetta bertha with black lace on bottom hem, puffed sleeves, bodice fabric oversleeves with black lace, back placket, underarm/bust pads (fills in the space between underarm and bust), drawstring ribbon on top.
