18th century, 1700s dress made for a wedding. First attempt at an
18th century dress. After all the hours it took to make, it was a bit
shameful to have used synthetic instead of natural fabrics. Plus silk may have
held its shape better.
Chemise
Cotton chemise patterned more like medieval smock with side gores, square neckline, cream
lace ruffles at neck and sleeve edge.
Corset
Boned corset with buttonhole lacing in back and front, synthetic satin with cotton
underlining.

Gold satin stomacher with tabs to pin to corset. Small satin flower trim on top edge.
